Ball milling the base mix is highly recommended. It will result in a much more powerful fuel and much more impressive saxons. However, if you do not have a ball mill, the base mix fuel can be prepared by screen mixing. Be sure to have a 100-mesh screen around if you use this method as well as a blade-type coffee mill ($10 at Walmart).
