Product Information

One each of the 10, 20, 30, 60, and 100 mesh sizes. These are round framed, nested screens. They come packed in a sturdy box just right for storing them when not in use.

These screens are best for mixing vs. doing precise screen cuts to get exact mesh size ranges. I don't use them for that. If you need to create a batch of metal powder, for instance, that's between 20 and 60 mesh, use our square framed screens. These screens are just not precise enough for that. They're fine, however, if you just want to screen out larger particles or just want some "finer stuff," but don't need precision.

These round frames are great for mixing--no corners for stuff to get caught in. Some of our customers coat the wood with varnish or urethane. To clean them, just wash them in warm water. Make sure you dry them out in a breezy spot quickly.

They're hand-made of rustic bent wood frames for us in Liuyang, Hunan, China--the epicenter of fireworks making on Planet Earth. These are the same cheap, utilitarian screens used in thousands of Chinese fireworks factories in and around Liuyang every day.
