Online Hold Harmless Agreement. To order anything from Skylighter other than books, novelty fireworks and videos, you can accept the Hold Harmless Agreement when you place your order using the shopping cart.
Hard Copy of Hold Harmless Agreement. If you are not able to place your order using the online shopping cart, you must sign and return a copy of this agreement to Skylighter. If you want to send us a hard copy, first download (save) this page. Then print a copy. Finally sign and mail, fax, or email a signed copy of this agreement to Skylighter.
Online Age Verification. Most people can use the online age verification feature in our shopping cart. If this does not work for you, you will need to send us a hard copy of your ID, clearly showing your birth date. See the next section.
Hard Copy of Your ID. If you are not able to place your order using the online shopping cart, or if you were unable to verify your age online, you can mail, fax, or email a copy of your driver's license, passport, or other identification showing you are 21 years of age or older. Your identification must clearly show your picture, your name and address, and your birth date. If you fax your ID, please photocopy and enlarge it first. Be sure your copy is sharp and clear before faxing. Most faxed IDs do not come through legibly the first time. Scanned and emailed .jpg images are more foolproof.
You only need to send the Hold Harmless Agreement and your identification once. We will keep them on file from now on.

HOLD
HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
The undersigned hereby acknowledges
A)
that he/she is 21 years of age or older;
B)
that the chemicals and/or supplies purchased have hazardous properties that
may endanger life and limb; and
C)
that he/she is legally entitled to receive these materials. In consideration
for the sale of the above chemicals and/or supplies to the undersigned, the
undersigned agrees as follows:
1.
There is no warranty that the chemicals and/or supplies are merchantable or
that they are fit for a particular purpose.
2.
In no event shall the seller, or seller's heirs and assigns, be liable for
consequential damages, nor shall seller's liability on any claim for damages
arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, or use of the chemicals
and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the chemicals and/or supplies.
3.
The undersigned will not use the chemicals and/or supplies in violation of
any local, state, or federal law.
4.
The undersigned, on behalf of the undersigned, successors and assigns, agrees
to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages
caused by the use of the chemicals and/or supplies.
5.
The undersigned agrees that the conditions above apply equally to all
current, past, and future purchases from Skylighter, Inc.
