To properly dry your firework stars, you need a lot of air flow around all sides of your stars. The best way to get make sure your stars dry properly on all sides is to lay them out in a single layer on a sturdy star drying screen. Place the screen with stars outside in a shady location. Or stack your screens/stars in a drying box for even faster drying times.
