🔧 What You’ll Need (Not Included):

Sparkler wires or bamboo sticks

Plastic mixing bowl and spoon

Measuring scale (accurate to 0.1g)

Mesh screen (40–60 mesh)

Distilled water

Drying tray or parchment paper

Spray bottle (optional)
🔬 Sparkler Composition Formula (100g Batch):

Potassium Nitrate | 40g |
Copper Carbonate | 10g |
Charcoal (Airfloat) | 10g |
Sulfur | 5g |
Dextrin | 5g |
Magnalium (fine) | 30g |
Do not screen magnalium – stir it in last.
🧉 Mixing Instructions:

Weigh each chemical separately.

Screen all dry ingredients (except magnalium) into a bowl.

Add magnalium and stir gently.

Slowly add water until the mix feels like damp clay.

Roll or press onto wires or sticks (about 2–4 inches long).

Let sparklers air dry for 3–7 days. Turn them daily.

Do not use heat to dry.
