    Solid plug for converting the TU2032 (General Purpose, Spiral Tube - 0.78"-ID x 2"-LEN) into a small shell suitable for backyard displays. The plug is a tight fit and can be used as-is for flying fish fuse or glued in place for use with a break charge.

    Recommended Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.3mm, Nozzle: 0.4mm, Side: 4-walls, Top and bottoms: 5-layers, Infill: 50%, Print Orientation: Widest Area Down

  • Fuse Plug for TU2032 - Mini Shell

    Fuse plug for converting the TU2032 (General Purpose, Spiral Tube - 0.78"-ID x 2"-LEN) into a small shell suitable for backyard displays. Fuse hole compatible with 2-3mm visco fuse and some effect fuses. The fuse should be wrapped with masking tape to form a tight seal and retard side spit. Hot glue is recommended. The plug is a tight fit and can be used as-is for flying fish fuse or glued in place for use with a break charge.

    Recommended Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.3mm, Nozzle: 0.4mm, Side: 4-walls, Top and bottoms: 5-layers, Infill: 30-100%, Print Orientation: Widest Area Down

  • Rising Effect Plug for TU2032 - Mini Shell

    Fuse plug for converting the TU2032 (General Purpose, Spiral Tube - 0.78"-ID x 2"-LEN) into a small shell suitable for backyard displays. The fuse cavity can be packed with star comp such as Red Rubber Star or D1 Glitter to provide a rising effect. Compatible with 2-3mm visco fuse. The fuse should be wrapped with masking tape to form a tight seal. Hot glue is recommended. The plug is a tight fit but should be glued in place.

    Recommended Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.3mm, Nozzle: 0.4mm, Side: 4-walls, Top and bottoms: 5-layers, Infill: 50-100%, Print Orientation: Cavity Down

  • Mortar Base for TU1375

    The TU1375 (Spiral 3# Double Voice Cracker Tube - 1:-ID x 6"-LEN) makes a great small mortar tube along with this base and is suitable for launching small shells made from the TU2032 (General Purpose, Spiral Tube). Base in a nice snug fit but should be glued or stapled in place before use.

    Recommended Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.3mm, Nozzle: 0.4mm, Side: 5-walls, Top and bottoms: 6-layers, Infill: 50-100%, Print Orientation: Base Down

  • 1 Ounce Mini Rocket Fin and Nose Cone Set.

    This rocket fin and nose cone set are compatible with either TU2005 OR TU2007 1OZ. rocket tubes. The fin can is a snug fit, however, variances in printer calibrations are impossible to account for and you may need to scale up or down 1-2% in your preferred slicer. The nose cone is a two-part design for ease of print and should be glued together with a dab of super glue. Note: Nose cone coupler also serves as a tube coupler with built-in visco fuse pass-through hole.

This style film canister usually comes in clear and black and you can find them on eBay for cheap(they typically ship from China in qty of 10).

  • 37mm 2", 3", & 5" Shell Casings Model for Flare Launcher

    WARNING! These models are not suitable for real world use out of the box as a 3D printed item. Though they may be accurate enough models to be machined out of aluminum. When printed(for testing dimensions only) they accept a 209 primer with some tension and fit well in the chamber area. They may be suitable to use as snap caps if there were a need for such a thing using a SPENT 209 primer with some epoxy filling the firing pin dent.
